Hearts of Iron IV: Rename Factions (with keyboard!)

This mod adds Rename Factions (with keyboard!) to the Game.

IT’S NOT POSSIBLE TO RENAME NATIONS OR LEADERS USING THIS TECHNIQUE. RENAMING CITIES IS TECHNICALLY POSSIBLE BUT WOULD NOT ALLOW FOR AN USER FRIENDLY IMPLEMENTATION, THEREFORE I WILL NOT DO IT.

Rename your faction to whatever name you want, with your keyboard.

To rename a faction, you need to be its leader. Just click on the Rename Faction button near faction name in the Politics tab (click on your flag in the corner).

Support for English, Russian (thanks to DRAFT), Polish and German keyboards is included. More keyboard languages to come.

Couple notes:
– This is a real faction rename (using set_faction_name effect), there are no smoke and mirrors involved.
– In order for the faction name to update in the Politics Tab, exit and reenter it.
– No vanilla files are overwritten, and this mod should be compatible with any mod.
– The mod can be added and removed at any point.
– Renames persist through save games, and work in multiplayer (any player can rename their factions).
– You can type up to 32 characters.
– You can delete typed characters with Backspace.
– Some special characters are supported (exclamation marks, question marks, commas, etc.).
– If you are running the game in English, characters from other languages may not display correctly. That is due to how fonts work in HoI4.

It’s not fully tested, so let me know if you notice any bugs.

Requires 1.6 or newer to work.

Is not Ironman compatible, and it is impossible to make it so.
