This mod adds Total Sandbox to the Game.

Authors description: Total Sandbox

A small mod created as a base to general conversion mod. A point is to let AI start wars themselves without focuses.

– World tension income from all sources decreased.
– Neutral countries can justify/declare wars at 0% world tension.
– Added Generate Foreign Claim decision – allowing declaring wars by AI and decreasing time required.
– Added Make Core decision – allowing integration of aquired land.
– Removed all starting alliances.
– All countries have generic focus tree.
– Released most of countries.

Contains temporarily “Impoved Generic Focus” mod.
