This mod adds *UMC* Gameplay Improvements to the Game.

Use this mod when using at least one UMC mod!

What’s here? – Non-core manpower increased to 25%
– Max XP cap icreased to 1500
– Base Equipment Capture Ration increased to 5%
– Modified Stability & War Support Effects
– Modified all National Laws
– Modified chance to get traits for new generals – from 15%/5% to 95%/50%/35%/10%
– Added new ideas, new GUI
– Added new traits + reworked Generals for Czechoslovakia, Romania and Hungary
– Added new Decisions
– Added more unit Ranks
