Authors description: After the Naval Race

Mod overview: After the Naval Race is for-fun mod playing with the idea that naval race never actually stoped and more nations got involved in it.

What it does? – Add ships to certain nations based on their vanila navy (nations that have stronger navy in vannilla will get more than for example Germany.

Compatibility:- Handled by an event so it should be compatible with almost every mod, even with Rt56 and Kaiserreich.
