This mod adds Old World Blues: Puppet Overhaul to the Game.

New flags, names, and autonomy systems for the enclave! Currently some features of this do not work with Enclave reborn, but this might change.

This mod overhauls the vanilla autonomy system for Old Blues, replacing it with over 10 (ten!) unique autonomy systems for the major countries of wasteland. It also adds dozens of unique flags and names for puppets, as well as a colour system to make your map look nice and clean! ^-^
