This mod adds Any Ideology for European Union to the Game.

In vanilla the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy or Germany can take a decision to form the European Union after fully occupying each other, but only if they’re Democratic. This makes it really difficult to do at all without switching back and forth between ideologies. Alternate flags and names for the EU are already in the game, so this simple mod just removes the ideology prerequisite and makes you able to form the European Commune, European Global Hegemony or Unified Kingdom of Europe without that extra hassle.

Forming the EU gives you cores and thus a huge manpower boost, but whether that makes the late game less or more fun is up to you. Apart from that, the effects are cosmetic.

All other prerequisites are still in place, including Waking the Tiger DLC. May conflict with other mods that edit formable nation decisions.
